SEO Evaluation of the Rare Beauty Website

After running an SEO evaluation of the URL of the Rare Beauty website, results showed that it has a healthy SEO score of about 83%, but it requires a few minor improvements to reach a full score of 100%. The website succeeds in having an appropriate title tag, which often websites struggle with. However, the website needs to properly resize some images in order to help ease a user's viewport on the website. Also, the website is using over 20 http requests, which can slow down a user's experience, in order to keep up with short load times, this will have to be fixed. Short load times ensure a user accesses information quickly and does not leave a website due to an inability to access information on it quickly. The website passes on the quantity of content, it does not unnecessarily overload the website. It also passes on fresh content, which shows it belongs to an active and reputable company that maintains the website page. It also possesses original content, which helps users doing web searches find the website a lot easier due to its keywords and content being unique to the website and brand. It has optimal keyword targeting and scores well on being able to maintain heavy and constant website traffic. Traffic being that from direct traffic, referral traffic, search traffic, and email traffic, given that the brand does very extensive and successful methods of marketing that reach audiences in many different platforms and formats.

In terms of improvements, I think the Rare Beauty Website would benefit from resizing its images appropriately for the website so that it can improve loading times. The main issues the SEO evaluation showed mainly had to do with the size of images within the website, I think focusing on this fix would majorly improve the website score.
